Even the smallest of ceremonies deserve the greatest of care. Allow me to be there to make sure your day runs smoothly and all your special traditions happen just the way you imagine. (No more than 50 guests)

Services Included:

• Meeting(s) & Communication: 

  • Unlimited email communication and necessary virtual meetings to understand Client preferences, budget, and vision for the event, as well as maintain updates throughout the coordinating process

• Vendor Coordination:

  • Communicating with Client-selected vendors, including caterers, florists, musicians, photographers, transportation, and more

  • Reviewing vendor contracts and confirming deliverables

  • Managing vendor arrival and setup on the event day

  • Distribution of final payment(s) to vendor(s) on event day

• Timeline and Itinerary:

  • Creating a comprehensive timeline for the event day

  • Distributing the timeline to all relevant parties, including vendors and the wedding party

• Rehearsal Coordination:

  • Attending and directing the event rehearsal (if applicable)

• Day-of Coordination:

  • On-site management of the event and timeline execution

  • Assisting with setup and breakdown of decor items such as welcome sign, guest book, centerpieces, table numbers, candles, aisle runner, etc.

  • Overseeing vendor setup and breakdown

  • Addressing any issues that may arise during the event

• Post-Event Follow-Up:

  • Overseeing vendor breakdown and ensuring the venue is left in appropriate condition

  • Addressing any follow-up matters as needed
