• Meeting(s) & Communication: 

  • Unlimited email communication and necessary virtual meetings to understand Client preferences, budget, and vision for the event, as well as maintain updates throughout the planning process

• Planning and Design:

  • Concept, theme and decor development

  • Site location & visits

  • Vendor recommendations and contract negotiations

• Budget Management:

  • Creation and monitoring of a detailed budget

  • Payment reminders for vendor services

• Vendor Coordination:

  • Sourcing and liaising with vendors, including decor artist, florists, photographer, and more

  • Reviewing vendor contracts and confirming deliverables

  • Managing vendor arrival and setup on the event day

• Distribution of final payment(s) to vendor(s) on event day

• Timeline and Itinerary:

  • Development of task timeline leading up to event day

  • Creating a comprehensive timeline for the event day

  • Distributing the event day timeline to all relevant parties, including vendors and the wedding party (if applicable)

• Day-of Coordination:

  • On-site management of the event

  • Overseeing vendor setup and breakdown

  • Addressing any issues that may arise during the event

• Post-Event Follow-Up:

  • Overseeing vendor breakdown and ensuring the venue is left in appropriate condition

  • Addressing any follow-up matters as needed
