Wedding management beginning at least three months before wedding day. I see you, super bride/groom! You did all the heavy lifting in planning your special day and now it's time for you to sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Pass the baton, and I'll make sure your day is executed exactly how you envisioned. 

Services Include:

• Meeting(s) & Communication: 

  • Unlimited email communication and necessary virtual meetings to understand your event plan and vision

  • Provide experience-based guidance and support throughout your planning process

• Vendor Coordination:

  • Manage vendor arrival and setup on the event day

  • Collaborate with client-selected vendors on event day

• Timeline and Itinerary:

  • Create a comprehensive timeline for the wedding day based on your event plan

  • Distribute the timeline to all vendors and the wedding party

• Rehearsal Management:

  • Attend and direct the wedding rehearsal (if applicable)

• Day-of Coordination:

  • On-site management of the event and timeline execution

  • Setup and breakdown of personal decor items

  • Address any issues that may arise during the event

• Post-Event Follow-Up:

  • Address/debrief any follow-up matters as needed
